JESUIT AT LAKELAND KATHLEEN

Need To Know: The Tigers quarterback Bobby Eveld leads a spread offensive attack missing some of its go-to guys from last season (tight end John Plasencia and wide receiver Erick McGriff). Senior captain Ben Gutowski is one of the players poised to step up and be one of Eveld's favorite targets. With opponents having to respect the passing game, things should open up for the Tigers ground game, which will benefit fullback Michael Lamoureaux.

A young Kathleen team, that last season lost to Jesuit in an exciting come-from-behind game, returns six starters each on offense and defense. FSU commit, safety Chad Abrams leads the defense that is very young up front, but features strong linebackers that will make it difficult for Jesuit to run the ball.
